The face-lifted Porsche Boxster mid-engine convertible just debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show last November, and now we have pictures of the new Boxster that was spied cold weather testing in Northern Europe. The spy pictures reveal a new curvaceous body at the rear end and slightly altered proportions over the current one that it is set to replace, with a hint at the car’s new LED daytime lights. The front bumper seems to touch closer to the ground, and changes in the side panels and sills seem to be covered in tape. It retains the perforated brake disks of the current model and comes with a new aerodynamic package of front air intake mechanism. The real changes will be revealed in the car’s performance figures that is likely to be more efficient even though it is too early to comment on that right now. It looks to retain many features from the current model with minimal improvements which includes manual and PDK twin-clutch gearboxes. It weighs less than the current model.
